Stopping smoking is so absurdly easy that I wonder why folks keep saying that they have trouble with it. Simply find something else to keep your mind busy and off of the stick, and you’d find that several days have gone by and you didn’t even think of it. Seriously, if you try hard you will see how easy this is. There is no easy way to stop smoking, especially once you are addicted to the nicotine content of the substance.
